JOB TITLE: PATENT RESEARCH ANALYST
DUTIES:
Analyze previously developed semiconductor technology related to circuit design, including DRAM, SRAM, NAND flash, CMOS sensors, microprocessors and/or display drivers to assist patent attorney to develop strategies for patent application drafting, as well as for the filing of patent re-exams and reissue application; Assist in preparation of patent applications and initial drafting of patent applications; Perform scientific and patent literature searches; Maintain patent database and files; Analyze patent infringement issues on behalf international clients.
RATE OF PAY: at least $74,506 / Year
WORKING CONDITIONS: Full Time (40 Hours / Week)
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: MS degree in engineering plus 5 years of experience (or BS degree in engineering plus 10 years of experience) in patent research department at a multinational corporation(s) or at a patent law firm(s) representing multinational corporation clients.
